Ganesh was a part of the founding management team at iSeva, a pioneer in the offshore BPO space. Ganesh was a part of the team that grew iSeva to 1500 people before it was merged into e4e.

Ganesh was the Vice President, Operations at e4e Business Solutions Pvt Ltd (www.e4e.com) managing operations across all its sites (a total of 3500 employees). He ran operations across multiple clients in the financial services and technology space in both India and in the US. e4e was consistently within the top 15 BPOs in India until 2009.

Prior to e4e, Ganesh was with Citibank where he oversaw the deployment of a uniform payments platform across all of South Asia. Ganesh is an MBA from IIM Calcutta and Computer Science Engineer from REC, Trichy.

Alok was the Chief Controller & Vice President, Finance of e4e Business Solution Pvt Ltd, (www.e4e.com) a leading BPO (ranked the 14th largest BPO in India) for the last 8 years. Alok was directly in charge of all the Company's finance, Accounting, Taxation and Audit globally. Alok was also indirectly overseeing e4e's facility management, Internal Compliance and Audit teams.

Prior to e4e, Alok had spent close to 8 years with Deloitte in their Audit, Accounting and Due Diligence Practice. He is a Commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant by education.
